Mirror text generator
What Mirror text is
Like upside-down text, mirror writing has no block of its own. The generator reverses your text and replaces each letter with a character that looks like its mirror image, such as ɘ for e, Я for R and ꟻ for F. Symmetrical letters like A, H and O stay the same. Several of the mirror characters are rare, so this style is marked as risky on older phones.
Unicode 5.2 brought these characters, and the Latin Extended-B block is where the Mirror alphabet comes from. Expect gaps on older Android phones and some Windows apps, where rare characters turn into boxes. This alphabet has no accented forms, so “Café Zoë” keeps its accented letters plain: ëoƸ éʇɒƆ.

Questions people ask
What is mirror writing?
Text written backwards so it reads normally in a mirror. Leonardo da Vinci famously filled his notebooks with it.
Why do mirrored letters show as boxes for some people?
A few mirrored characters, like ꟻ and ꟼ, come from rare blocks that older phone fonts lack. Those readers see a box instead.
Will Mirror text show on every phone?
Not always. Some characters are rare, and older phones may show boxes. Send it to a friend before you use it in a name.
Does Mirror text work with accents?
Not fully. Accented letters stay plain in this style, for example ëoƸ éʇɒƆ. Bold, italic and cursive keep accents.
Can I use Mirror text on Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp?
Yes: in names, bios, captions and messages. Usernames are stricter, and most apps allow only plain letters, numbers, dots and underscores there. The fancy text generator lists the limits we checked.
