Terms of use
Last updated October 23, 2026
EmojiKite is provided free of charge and as it is. You may use its tools and copy its symbols, fancy text, kaomoji and emoji for personal and commercial purposes: in messages, bios, nicknames, documents and designs.
Characters are for everyone
Unicode characters are a shared standard and nobody needs permission to type them. What belongs to EmojiKite is the way it is put together: our texts, our selection and grouping of symbols, our kaomoji collection and our code.
How characters display
A character looks the way your device’s fonts draw it. The same symbol, fancy letter or emoji can look different, or show as an empty box, on another phone, computer or app. Fancy text is made of special characters, not a real font: screen readers may read it oddly, search may not find it, and some apps reject it in names. Check the result where you plan to use it.
Accuracy
We work hard to make names, code points and shortcuts correct and test them against Unicode data, but keyboard layouts and app rules change, and mistakes can happen. Character limits of apps are quoted from their help pages on the date shown. Please tell us when you find an error.
What you may not do
Do not republish the site’s texts, symbol collections, kaomoji collection or code as your own, scrape the site at a rate that burdens it, or try to break its security.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its contents, for example a name rejected by an app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
